welcome to the Burning Kitchen blog
This has been set up to make my site more interactive and to gauge what you the customer thinks about food and the things you would like to see on the menu. this is supposed to be a democratic country after all.
As the weather gets hotter Sunday roasts will become less popular so what do we do instead? My idea was to do seafood Sundays, platters to share simple prawn cocktails or bowls of fresh steaming mussels the list is endless. let me know what you think.
