Burning Kitchen

Welcome to Burning Kitchen

Burning Kitchen is an established catering company based at the Ship & Mitre pub on Dale St. Liverpool.

We are proud of the food we serve because we use quality ingredients to produce the dishes. Burning Kitchen uses a local butcher, grocer and baker. The reason behind this is that quality can be easily checked and maintained and it reduces the delivery mileage helping to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. The Fish we use is from sustainable sources. Our cod is farmed and the haddock line caught.

Burning Kitchen has become synonymous with its hand-crafted burgers. We have 12 to choose from plus a monthly special. We constantly search for new and improved recipe ideas and one way to do this is by holding regular competitions amongst the loyal, fans of Burning Kitchen.

The Ship & Mitre has a beautiful Art Deco function room (The Higher Room), which is used for holding private functions, and conferences where Burning Kitchen can provide personalised catering to suit your event. Burning Kitchen food nights are also held in the Higher Room. Events so far have included Beer and Cheese Evening in conjunction with the Liverpool Cheese Company based in Woolton and whiskey tasting with traditional Scottish food.

The Ship & Mitre has several Beer Festivals throughout the year for Real Ale, Belgian beers and German Beers. Burning Kitchen produces a menu for each type of Festival with food specific to those countries.

To wrap things up, at Burning Kitchen we enjoy food and we hope this is passed on to you, the customer. We have a passion for quality ingredients that helps our staff to produce some top class dishes. This would be impossible to achieve without customers to serve. Burning Kitchen will gladly accept suggestions and feedback in order to help us improve.
