Welcome to the burning kitchen website. We are now an established catering company and we hope you like what we trying to achieve. With the help of many chefs such as Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley Whitingstall, food is now at the fore front of peoples social lives as well as a necessity to keep on living. This is a major part in what we believe our company is about. Everybody has to eat and if that can be as a social event even better. What better way to enjoy to an evening out with friends than with a good a meal and some quality drinks, it makes everything that bit more special. This is why Burning Kitchen and the Ship & Mitre make a pretty good partnership, good food and good ale.

The next step

As the food has become more popular and the business has grown we have taken it upon ourselves to see how we can improve on what we do and at the same time answer some of the questions we get asked by our customers. The best thing we could think of apart from daily question answer sessions (impossible) is to have an interactive website were people could post questions and ideas and we could pass on some of the knowledge we have to you the customer. The best way to do this is via a blog were we get to rant on about things we like and dislike and you get to tell us what you want to see on the specials menu and tell us if we are doing a good job or not.

We would also like to set up a takeaway side to our business for those people who have to stay at their desks all day and don’t have the time to go for lunch. Some people have requested to take home burgers or lasagne to heat up when they get in. The rest is up to you let us now what you think, this will only work as a two way relationship we need to now what you think to help us improve.
